Shipping and returns

Shipping is free on every order in Canada.

Every print is made to order in Montreal. Unframed prints arrive in 5-10 business days. Framed prints arrive in 7-13 business days.

Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in a rigid tube. Framed prints are assembled, ready to hang, and shipped in their own box. If you order more than one framed print, they may arrive separately.

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We ship within Canada only for now.

Your order goes to print soon after you place it. If you need to change or cancel it, email support@the19thline.com right away and we'll do what we can. Once printing has started, we can't make changes.

Each print is made for you, in the colours, size and frame you chose, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it at no cost. Email support@the19thline.com with your order number and a photo, within 21 days of delivery where possible.
