ABOUT
The 19th Line is two brothers from southern Ontario, Canada, a shared love of the quiet game, and a simple idea: a course map should be as considered as the course itself.

"...deceptively simple and endlessly complicated."
Our drawings follow the same philosophy. Minimal at first glance, but a closer look reveals every fairway, green, bunker, and tee.
A professional tattoo artist for more than a decade, used to drawing lines that can't be erased. Every course is drawn by him, one fairway at a time.
A career in operations and e-commerce, making complicated things run simply. He built the shop, the colour system and everything between the drawing table and your wall.
Most golf course posters look the same: a busy diagram, a legend nobody reads, clip art features, and a faded parchment background meant to look old. They are often generated by software, or show a single hole from a course that has eighteen.
We wanted the opposite: the whole course, drawn by hand and made the way fine art is made. A drawing quiet enough for any room, precise enough for the people who've played the course, and yours to colour.
Golf is a game for life. The courses you love stay with you: a first tee, a hole that got away, a walk up eighteen.
A premium print should also last a lifetime, and ours are made to. Each print is a museum-quality giclée on 230 gsm acid-free archival paper, in ten pigment inks rated by their manufacturer to resist fading for up to 200 years. It's printed to order by a fine-art studio in Montreal and framed, if you choose, in Canadian pine.
Routing, yardages and history, checked hole by hole.
Every hole drawn as a single master at full print size.
You choose the line and the ground: 144 colourways, all from the same master.
Printed one at a time, never from stock. Framed or unframed, and shipped straight to you.
