Privacy policy

The 19th Line respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and who handles it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- When you vote or request a course: your email, your choice, and whether you asked to hear about new courses.
- When you browse: anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages were viewed. These use no cookies and do not identify you.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order.
- To email you about your order.
- To email you about new courses, only if you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand how the site is used.
We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
We share only what each company needs to do its job:
- Stripe and Affirm, for payments.
- Our print partner in Canada, who receives your name and shipping address to make and ship your order.
- Resend, for sending email.
- Our website hosting and analytics providers.
Some of these companies store information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for seven years, as tax law requires. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing email.
